A 32-year-old mother of two was killed on Halloween night after she was struck by a Los Angeles Police Department patrol vehicle responding to an emergency call. KTLA identified the woman as Kristine Poulos and reported that the Oct. 31 crash happened on Woodman Avenue in the San Fernando Valley, KTLA reported.
